Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, customer service, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and mentor bar staff on best practices for customer service and drink preparation
- Oversee the maintenance of bar equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food and beverage service
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory capacity
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and working with Point of Sale (Aloha) systems
- Knowledge of banquet operations and experience in kitchen management
- Strong interviewing skills to recruit and train new staff
